Your accommodation is totally self contained, with its own entrance and character. The lounge diner provides you with a comfortable area in which to relax, and may in the one bedroom apartment be used at night as an additional bedroom. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms. Each apartment is well furnished and presented to a high standard. Your bathroom has easy access into a shower cubicle, and is equipped with a shaver point and hair dryer. Should you wish to dine in, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave and all the usual utensils. The Courtyard apartment also provides the comfort of a wood burning stove for those cooler winter evenings. All bed linen and towels are supplied, and changed regularly during your stay. We do ask guests to provide their own towels for the pool area.

Our chlorine free pool is available to guests all year round, and is fully illuminated at night. The terrace and garden are furnished with sun loungers, and chairs, and for those who wish to enjoy eating in the garden there is a choice of gas or charcoal B-B-Qs., and dinning areas.

Do remember to bring your favourite CDs as your apartment has a radio/player. Free internet access is also available from a wireless computer point in the courtyard.

For those guests wishing to launder items of clothing during their stay, a laundry room is available at a small additional charge for the use of the washing machine and powder.

We prefer guests not to smoke in the apartments, simply for the benefits of future guests who may be allergic.

The self contained Garden apartment provides a comfortable lounge in which guests may relax and dine, and a large double bedroom equipped with ceiling fan, ample storage, and hair dryer.  A double sofa bed is available in the lounge to accommodate additional guests.

Your bathroom is fully tiled, with easy access into the shower, and is equipped with a dual voltage shaver point.

Our rates are per apartment, to a maximum of four guests.

You may start and finish your stay with us on any day of the week, we are totally flexible, though it is much appreciated if guests arrive after 3 pm on their day of arrival, and vacate their apartments by 11.00 am on their day of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of half the cost of your holiday is payable on booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday. If the booking is made less than six weeks before your holiday, then full payment at the time of booking is much appreciated.

Payments may be made to either our UK bank in sterling, or our Spanish bank in euros, or by card through PayPal (no PayPal account is required and details of your card account remain hidden from us). We will provide you with the appropriate bank account details at the time of booking your holiday if you wish to transfer funds. Your holiday will be reserved for seven days from the time of booking, and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
